Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Selling plots and showing the projects to interested members.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of available properties.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about properties, pricing, and terms to potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the preparation and execution of accurate and legally binding contracts.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyse market conditions to adjust sales strategies and pricing accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry contacts.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales quotas through effective sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a comparable sales role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and legal aspects of property transactions.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
