- The membership will be given after making the down payment.
- One member is eligible to get one site only.
- Resale of the plots only after 5 years of allotment.
- Any resale before the restricted period needs to take the permission from the society.
- The seniority number for the allotment will be approved by the Registrar of Co-Operatives.
- Sites will be allotted on first come first serve basis ( Subject to clearance of instalments time to time in prescribed format).
- All allotments subject to approval of competent authority.
